Rifle Slings 4/2/2012 3:21:58 PM Urban ERT is the best, IMHO. I have two PS90s. One over 5 years old, and another 2 years old. When I first got the first Urban ERT rifle sling – it was just a single point. He later worked out a way to make it a 2 point. I got the conversion for that, and itw as great. Love that 2 point sling. I’ve had other platforms too, and I always buy my rifle slings from Urban ERT I do have some gear from The Vest Guy, and its good stuff. But, I do like the Urban ERT rifle sling better suprapvb

Aimpoint Pro2/9/2012 12:45:06 PM http://www.laruetactical.com/aimpoint-pro-patrol-rifle-optic-w-mountGoing on a PredatOBR 7.62. I’ll be using it for incoming threats on the ocean inside 100 yards, maybe 150 yards for target on land. Thanks in advance. ZedsDeadBaby 3/26/2012 9:01:30 PM Good luck with either. The ACOG was made for that type of thing. Charley7897 3/27/2012 12:18:22 AM Pro hands down T-1 if you can swing it. SC-Texas 3/27/2012 12:41:39 AM I like my acogs, but I have not been Impressed with trijicons red dot sights when compared to the aim point sights. jdhill 3/27/2012 7:40:48 AM Waiting to see if they release the SRS in the configuration I shot at range day… I really liked it, but is not what they are releasing first. What was different on that one? Green horseshoe reticle goodness… dpmmn jtdam24 I have a LMT CQB 16″ DI on it’s way. Also on order is an Aimpoint PRO.The PRO has a Scope Mount and spacer included with it. My question – Is this a plug and play setup with the LMT and the Aimpoint PRO, or will I need to tinker? I am thinking I would like the LMT iron sights to cowittness with the Aimpoint. Will this already be the case, or will it involve more customization?

From what Ive gathered over the past several months, Gear Sector is more low profile but heavier than the DD one… Can’t comment on the weight of the DD unit as I do not have one on hand, but ours is less than 1 ounce. it might be due to gear sector only having one picture of it… Check our industry forum for more images. Also, gear sector’s is made perfectly flush to the Tango Down rail panels shape and Im running LaRue index clips… Won’t matter. Most panels have raised areas for increased grip. The difference in height of our scope mounts and any other panels / clips etc… is no more than raised areas on most panels. You also might want to take a look at Rainier’s new rail mount. http://www.gearsector.com/img/misc/forum/gsr/08.jpg http://www.gearsector.com/img/misc/forum/gsr/09.jpg Thanks for the pics, they helped me decide to order the GS mount. We process the packages all the same and drop them off in the same place. Just as easy to ship to AK as it is to Dallas 60 miles away. Just get in touch with me. We’d love to have your business. 1/16/2012 10:31:35 PM I think sometimes we forget these guns are not hand made in a shop somewhere. They are pumped out like Model Ts off an assembly line and sometimes a bad one slips past QA. Good luck with the next gun. Plinker1022
